(Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005
Notice is hereby given that We: DS Group(Cardigan) Ltd

Have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Premises known as German Doner Kebab, Unit 11c Cardigan Fields, Kirkstall Road Leeds, LS4 2DG We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Provision of late night refreshment: Mon - Sun 23:00 - 05:00 the following day Interested parties or responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representation must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, Leeds City Council Entertainment Licensing Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
