What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that NICHOLAS A RICHARDSON has applied to Pendle Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:
The Venue, 105 Albert Road, Colne BB8 0BS
The proposed Variation is:
Amendment of condition B1.2 around the use of door staff from 22:00hrs, if open after 00:00hrs (midnight).
The proposed change, if the premises is open beyond 01:00hrs that door staff be used from 22:00hrs until close.
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is at Pendle Borough Council, Planning, Economic Development and Regulatory Services, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs. BB9 7LG. The record of the application may be inspected between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment only via email licensing@ pendle.gov.uk
An interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to the Planning, Economic Development and Regulatory Services Manager, Pendle Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs. BB9 7LG or by email to licensing@pendle.gov.uk (formal form to be emailed to you for completion and return) by the: 24th March 2023
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
