Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence.
36-38 Cinque Ports Street, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7AN and known as The Rye Retreat
The application is to:-
Supply on-sale alcohol Monday-Saturday 08.30 – 20.30 and Sunday 09.00 – 17.00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 23rd March 2023. Representations received after this
date cannot be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at Rother DC, Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX, during normal office hours or www.rother.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
