Rye - Grant of a Premises Licence
What is proposed?

Chapman’s of Rye Ltd do hereby give notice that we have
applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Fish Market
Building, Rock Channel, Rye TN31 7HJ and known as
Chapman’s of Rye, to allow the (on & off) Sale by Retail
of Alcohol 0900 – 1900hrs Monday to Sunday (on sales
from 1100hrs). Any person wishing to make representations
to this application may do so by writing to Licensing
Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East
Sussex, TN39 3JX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not
later than 17 March 2023. Representations received after
this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application
can be viewed at Rother DC, Town Hall, Town Hall Square,
Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX, during normal
office hours or www.rother.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the maximum
fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
