Notice is given that Rithvik Private LTD has applied to West Northamptonshire Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
THE LICENSING ACTIVITIES ARE:
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT between the hours of: Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 04:00
SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON & OFF THE PREMISES
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 01:00

Representation must be made no later than 20th March 2023.
The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
