What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that M & G Convenience Store Ltd have made an application under Section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as Premier Store, 30 Church Street, Dewsbury WF13 1LB. It intends to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities on the following terms: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 07:00 to 23:00 on Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 22:30 on Sunday.
The opening hours of the premises are 05.30 to 23:00 on Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 22.30 on Sunday.
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Harrogate District Council about this application until 21st March 2023 which should be sent to the following address: Kirklees District Council, Licensing Team, Civic Centre 3, Market Street , Huddersfield, HD1 1WG. For full details and to view a copy of the application please contact the DCS Licensing Team at the address above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
