Notice is hereby given, that an application was made to Bedford Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act.

Proposed Licensable Activities & Proposed Days and Hours: Mini-golf centre with ancillary licensed bar and restaurant facilities. Indoor sporting events; provision of recorded music indoors; supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 until 21:30 and Friday and Saturday 12:00 until 23:30. Provision of late-night refreshment: Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 23:30. Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday 12:00 until 22:00 and Friday and Saturday 12:00 until 00:00.

Interested parties or any Responsible Authority may make a representation to the application, in writing, to the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP specifying the grounds for making the representation by 21 March 2023. Applications can be viewed during office hours at the Council or via the council’s website on: https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
