Mon & Sun 10:00 22:45 Outdoors) Fri & Sat 10:00 23:45, Entertainment of a similar description to that. Mon & Sun 10:00 22:45 falling within E, F, or G (Outdoors) Fri & Sat. 10:00 23:45, H. Entertainment of a similar description to that. Mon & Sun 10:00 22:45 falling within E, F, or G (Outdoors) Fri & Sat. 10:00 23:45, L. Late night refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors). Fri & Sat. 23:00 23:45, M. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption. Mon/Fri/Sat/ Sun 10:45 22:45 ON and OFF the premises. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should do so in writing, sending all correspondence to - Licensing Department, Northampton Borough Council, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton, NN1 1DE (licensing@northampton.gov.uk) by Tuesday 28th March 2023. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardise the chance of any comments being taken into account. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000
