LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Istanbul Mega Market Ltd. gives notice application has been made to Northampton Borough Council for grant of a premises licence at 30 Gold Street, Northampton, NN1 1RS to authorise the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (delivery and takeaway) between 07.00 – 03.00 everyday. Any person wishing to make representations about this application shall do so in writing, not later than 20 March 2023 to Northampton Borough Council, Guildhall St Giles Square Northampton NN1 1DE (licensing@northampton.gov.uk), where a copy of the full application can be inspected during normal business hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
