What is proposed?

Jonny's All Day Dining Ltd Does hereby give notice that on 10 February 2023 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a Variation to the Premises Licence at: Lazybrunch Kitchen
12 – 14 Goring Road, Worthing, BN12 4AJ

The licence currently authorises the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs Mon – Sat & 12:30hrs to 22:30hrs Sun.

The application seeks to vary the existing Licence to authorise: The sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs Sunday – Thursday and 08:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Friday & Saturday
The provision of regulated entertainment & late night refreshment 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs Friday & Saturday
Removal of conditions restricting access to children and off sales restrictions to allow drinks to be served in outside area.

Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:
