Take notice, Go Local has made an application, pursuant to section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003, to vary the premises license in respect of the premises detailed above.
A statement of the proposed variation is as follows:
Change of sale of Alcohol -06.00-23.00 Monday to Saturday 07.00-23.00 Sunday.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Union St Chorley PR7 !AL or online at www.Chorley.gov.uk.
Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing Civic Offices, Union St Chorley PR7 1AL or by the online portal.
The final date for representations is 23.59hrs on 23/03/2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of a conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
