TAKE NOTICE, Reece Drew, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be
granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:
● Producing and packaging craft alcoholic drinks.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or online at www.chorley.gov.uk
Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 24/03/2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
