What is proposed?

Notice Of Application For A Premise License Under The Licensing Act 2003

Franco's Food Group Ltd Has Applied To London Borough Of Havering Council for a premise license for Tilaw, 24-25 Quadrant Arcade, Romford, Essex, RM1 3ED as follows:

- Recorded music - 09.00 - 21.00 Monday to Friday

- Live music - 17.00 - 20.00 Friday to Sunday

- To permit the sale of Alcohol from 09.00 - 21.00 Monday to Sunday.

Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Service, London Borough of Havering, Environment town hall, Romford, RM1 1BD, during the council's casual opening hours or through their website -www.havering.gov.uk.

Representations should be made in writing to the licensing authority, stated above, no later than February 27, 2023.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premise license. There is an unlimited fine on summary of conviction.
