What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE OF APPLICATION to Mendip District Council for the variation of a premises licence by Givino Ltd for R18 Marshall Way, Frome Commerce Park, Frome BA11 2FE to add On sales of alcohol, increase the terminal hour for licensable activity to 2100hrs (Mon-Sunday) and amend conditions to enable across the counter off sales. 

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and may be inspected during normal office hours. 

Any persons wishing to make any representation should make it in writing and received on or before 7 March 2023 to: The Licensing Department, Mendip District Council, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5BT. Website: www.mendip.gov.uk. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application subject to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
