Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Sussex Stores Ltd to Eastbourne Borough Council by Sussex Store Ltd for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as Sussex Stores, 25 Grove Road, EASTBOURNE BN21 4TT. The variation details are to Extend operating hours to 07:00 – 23:00hrs daily, and Include online sales and home deliveries.The register for the Licensing Authority for Eastbourne Borough Council is kept at the Council Offices, Town Hall, Eastbourne, BN21 4UG. The application may be viewed by appointment – please contact licensing@lewes eastbourne.gov.uk. Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representations at any time on or before 2nd February 2023. All representations shall be made in writing to the Licensing Officer at Eastbourne Borough Council, Town Hall, Eastbourne, BN21 4UG or licensing@
lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.
