Wetherby - Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Wetherby Film Theatre
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council
to vary the Premises Licence for the Wetherby Film Theatre
at Caxton Street, Wetherby. LS22 6RT. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. To change the internal
layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with
the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit sale of alcohol from
11:00 hours daily and opening and films from 10:00 hours
on Sundays. 3. To delete embedded conditions at Annex 2
Cinemas Act 1985 as duplicated legislation. Full details of
the Application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 1UR. A responsible authority
or any other person can make written representations to the
Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd
February 2023 (www.leeds.gov.uk/licensing)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
