What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence

Singleton Lodge Country Hotels Ltd. have applied
to Fylde Council for a new Premises Licence at
Singleton Lodge Country Hotel, Lodge Lane,
Singleton. FY6 8LT to replace their previous licence
for the premises. This application , if granted, will
permit the supply of refreshment and alcohol at any
time for hotel residents and their guests and
between the hours of 10.00hrs and 01.00hrs for
non residents. Regulated entertainment will also be
permitted during these hours. The application only
allows for any extension of these hours by up to an
hour on public holidays and similar special days.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make representations about this application by
writing to; The Licensing Team, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes FY8 1LW not
later than 13th January 2023. A record of this
application may be inspected at the Licensing
Authority’s address shown above during normal
office hours or on their website at www.fylde.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction being
£5,000.
