APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
I, John Scott Hill,
HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an
application to vary a Premises Licence has been
submitted to Preston City Council in relation to
premises known as The Sun Hotel and situate at
112 Friargate, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2ED, a
brief description of the proposed variation being: to
extend the permitted timings for licensable activities
to 10:00-00:00 Sunday to Thursday and to 10:00-
02:00 Fridays and Saturdays; and, to remove some
outdated and/or redundant conditions and replace
them with alternative conditions.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 19th
January 2023 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
Licensing Services, Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL (www.
preston.gov.uk).
Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application. A person guilty of such an offence is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
