What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Spatha Properties Limited
(formerly RPH Properties Limited) to the Licensing
Authority of Sheffield City Council to vary the Premises
Licence for the Crown at 21 Meadowhall Road, Sheffield,
S9 1BS. The application includes the following terms:- 1.
To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and other
licensable activities to 01:00 7 days a week, closing 30
minutes thereafter. 2. Extended hours on Bank Holidays and
other days as detailed in the application. 3. Add the
licensable activities of films, live music, recorded music,
indoor sports event, performance of dance and similar
activities as licensable activities as detailed in the
application. 4. To remove and replace conditions as
specified in the application. Full details of the Application
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Sheffield City Council, Block C, Staniforth Road Depot,
Staniforth Road, Sheffield, S9 3HD. A responsible authority
or any other person can make written representations to the
Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 12th
January 2023 (www.sheffield.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
