PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by McCarthy & Stone Limited to the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of the premises: Whitaker Grange (Retirement Living) New Street, Ossett WF5 8AF

The licensable activity applied for is for the sale of alcohol, by retail on the premises, for homeowners and their invited guests only Monday to Sunday 100 hours to 2300 hours and New Years Eve 1100 hours to 0100 hours.

The licensing register is kept at the above address and is also available at
http://www.wakefield.gov.uk. Persons wishing to inspect the application may do so between the hours of 10.00 – 15.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
