LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Johnny’s Entertainment
(Tyneside) Limited has applied to vary a premises
licence in respect of PREGO Bar And Eaterie,
Whitburn Road, Sunderland, SR6 8AA. The
variation is to alter the layout of the premises in
accordance with submitted plans to extend the
licensed area. A new management condition is to
be added. The licensing register of Sunderland City
Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council,
Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way,
Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of the application
may be inspected by appointment during the hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30
– 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall.
To make an appointment please email licensing@
sunderland.gov.uk. Representations regarding the
application must be made in writing to the Council
or by emailing licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no
later than 16th January 2023. It is an offence to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
