Public Notice of an application for a Premises Licence
under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to
Buckinghamshire Council for a premises licence under the
above Act on the 12th December 2022. Applicant:
Subramaniam Anpalagan. Address of premises: NISA
Local, 150-152 Buckingham Road, Aylesbury,
Buckinghamshire, HP19 9QN. Proposed licensable
activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the
premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity:
Sale of alcohol,every day - 06:00 - 23:00. The postal
address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept
and the application may be inspected is: * Licensing
Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway,
Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury HP19 8FF. Any person wishing
to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in
writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such
representations to The Licensing Officer at the above
address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application, and the maximum fine
on summary conviction of such an offence is not limited.
