1. Supply of alcohol (ON the premises): Monday – Friday: 12:00-23:00, Saturday and Sunday: 11:00-23:00, Non Standard Timings: New Year’s Eve: 11:00-00:30, Functions: Friday and Saturday: 11:00-00:30.
2. Provision of Live Music (Indoors): Friday: 12:00-23:30, Saturday: 11:00-23:30, Non Standard Timings: New Year’s Eve: 12:00-01:00, Functions: Friday and Saturday: 12:00-01:00.
3. Opening Hours: Monday – Friday: 12:00-23:30, Saturday and Sunday: 11:00-23:30, Non Standard Timings: New Year’s Eve: 12:00-01:00, Functions: Monday to Sunday 12:00-01:00. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between normal office hours. Any person or responsible authority may make written representations about the application to Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk no later than 12th Jan 2023 . It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
