A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made
by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Peterborough City Council
for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 3, DPE2,
Waterworth Road, Alwalton Hill, Peterborough, PE7 3AG.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to
permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the
premises from 00.00 to 23.59 (24 hours) Monday to
Sunday. Full details of the application are contained within
the application form held by the Licensing Authority at
Peterborough City Council, The Licensing Team, Sand
Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough,
PE2 8TY where the licensing register can be inspected
during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by
visiting their website
https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other
person regarding the above-mentioned application must be
made in writing to the Licensing Authority at Peterborough
City Council, The Licensing Team, Sand Martin House,
Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or to
no later than 23 October
2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is
being made. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction
is unlimited.
