NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that BROCKWEIR INN COMMUNITY BENEFIT SOCIETY has applied to Forest of Dean District Council to use the premises at BROCKWEIR COUNTRY INN, BROCKWEIR, CHEPSTOW, NP16 7NG with the proposal to licence these premises for: the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Thursday 10:00-23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00-24:00 and Sunday 10:00-22:30; late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00-24:00; and regulated entertainment including plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and performances of dance. Proposed opening hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00-23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00-24:00 and Sunday 10:00-23:00.

Representations must be made IN WRITING between 2 September 2026 and 29 September 2026 Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm.
