What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Coventry CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, 54-56 Broadgate, Coventry CV1 1NF to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm until 5am, closing to the public daily at 1am.

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Licensing, Coventry Licensing, PO Box 15, Council House, Coventry CV1 5RR by appointment with the Licensing Team or contact licensing@coventry.gov.uk or 024 7697 5496.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the above address giving in detail the grounds of objection by 28 September 2026.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. info@marshallpembroke.co.uk
