What is proposed?

Goods Vehicle Operator Licence

Oxalis Logistics UK Ltd of 517 Leeds Road, Huddersfield, HD2 1YJ is applying to change an existing licence as follows to keep an additional 10 trucks and 10 trailers at the following operating centre Calor Gas Ltd, Cadland Road, Hardley, Southampton, SO45 3NY.

Owners or occupiers of the land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representation to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. A guide to making Representations is available from the Traffic Commissioner’s Office.
