Colm McDonagh, director, trading as MAC Civils Ltd, of Unit 2, Tomlinson Road, Leyland, Preston, PR25 2DY, is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add 5 vehicles to the existing authorisation under Operator's Licence No. OC1110111 at the operating centre: Unit 2, Tomlinson Road, Leyland, Preston, PR25 2DY.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected may make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at: Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF.
Representations must be made within 21 days of the date of this notice. A copy of the representations must also be sent to the applicant at the above address.
