THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MIDDLESBROUGH (TRIMDON AVENUE PHASE 2) CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD HUMPS & OTHER TRAFFIC CALMING WORKS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (“The Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 90A, 90C and 90G of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers proposes to add traffic calming measures on the road(s) and of a type as specified in the Schedule hereto. A copy of this Notice and a plan showing the lengths of road affected may be inspected at Central Library, Centre Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 2AY Monday to Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays 9am to 5pm and at www.middlesbrough.gov.uk. If you wish to object to the proposals you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned no later than 21 days from the date of this Notice. If no objections are received the works will proceed without further notice.
SCHEDULE Speed cushions: approx. max. dimensions 1.8m by 2.5m, max height 75mm located 39m and 120m north-east of the northern kerb line of Cassop Grove, 33m, 123m and 200m south-west of the southern kerb line of Cassop Grove and 160m north of the northern kerb line of Earlsdon Avenue. Full width raised flat top road humps: approx. max. dimensions 5m by 7m, max height 100mm located at 18m west of the western kerb line of Elwick Avenue and 68m north of the northern kerb line of Earlsdon Avenue (at pedestrian crossings).
