NTK Logistics Ltd of George Court, Bartholomews Walk, Ely, CB7 4JW is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To keep 4 goods vehicles and 1 trailer at the operating centre at Horseshoe Farm, London Road, Harlow, CM17 9LH and to remove the operating centre at Poplar Farm, Hamlet Hill, Roydon, Harlow, CM19 5JY.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the new operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, may make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Office of the Traffic Commissioner, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
