Notice is hereby given that I, Peter Michael of Banbury SEV Limited, applied on Thursday 30th July 2026 to Cherwell District Council, in respect of the premises known as: Mirage of 47b Broad Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5BT
Under the local government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, notice of application to transfer a license for a Sexual Entertainment Venue. For the intended days and opening hours of:
Sunday: 22:00 – 01:30
Monday to Wednesday: 22:00 - 02:30
Thursday to Saturday: 22:00 – 04:30
Anyone wishing to make objections to this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Manager, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD, e-mail:

licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk

No later than 21 days after the date of the application, stating the grounds for objection.
