What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that

MASS PROPERTIES AND HOMES LIMITED of 10C Burgate Canterbury Kent CT1 2HG has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for Performance of a play, Exhibition of films, Performance of live music, Playing of recorded music, Performance of dance, Provision of late night refreshment, Supply of alcohol for consumption on Premises. All licensable activities will be Indoors and Monday–Thursday 08:00 – 23:00, Friday–Sunday 08:00 – 01:00 for the premises Ola Hola situated at 10C Burgate Canterbury Kent CT1 2HG. Estimated accommodation limit of forty. The full application can be inspected by appointment at the Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury, Kent. CT1 2UR, to make an appointment email licensing@canterbury.gov.uk or any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above email or postal address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by (f) 17/08/2026.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
