Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has
applied to South Ribble Borough Council on 13th July 2026
for the grant of a premises licence under Section 27 of the
Licensing Act 2003, to use the premises at McDonald’s
Restaurants, Preston New Road, Samlesbury, Preston,
Lancashire, PR5 0UJ for the provision of late night
refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00
until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and
off the premises. Interested parties (within the meaning of
the Act) may make written representations to South Ribble
Borough Council about this application until 10TH
AUGUST 2026 which should be sent to the following
address:- Licensing, South Ribble Borough Council, Civic
Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH.

Note: It is an offence under
