Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that: Curry House has applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 4 July 2026 for a Premises Licence in respect of:

Curry House 39-40 Bath Rd Peasedown St John Bath BA2 8DL

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the following hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The application may be inspected on the public register held by Bath & North East Somerset Council.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team, Bath & North East Somerset Council.

Representations must be received no later than 3 August 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for such an offence.
