What is proposed?

GOODS VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENCE

Gareth Todd and Robert Clarke trading as CT Scaffolding of 21 Auckland Wynd Shildon DL4 1BW, is applying for a licence to use The Old Goods Yard Previously Ferryhill Station Rear of 2 High Street Ferryhill County Durham DL17 0AG and to use Yard Opposite 1 Amerfield Toft Hill Bishop Auckland DL14 0QQ as an operating centre for 3 goods vehicles and 3 trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the office of the Traffic Commissioner, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
