CS Building & Brickwork Ltd trading as CS Paving & Surfacing and KSL Aggregates & Recycling, of Unit 6, Blackthorn Way, Five Mile Business Park, Washingborough, Lincoln, LN4 1BF, is applying to change an existing Restricted Operator’s Licence to a Standard National Operator’s Licence and to vary the licence as follows: To increase the authorisation from 3 goods vehicles and 2 trailers to 5 goods vehicles and 2 trailers at the operating centre at The Old Bottle Yard, Great Northern Terrace, Lincoln, LN5 8HN.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
