HPH Transport Holdings Limited trading as HPH Transport Holdings Limited Of Mayfield House, Chorley Road, Walton Le Dale, Preston PR5 4JN is applying to change an existing licence as follows To add an operating centre to keep 20 goods vehicles and 20 trailers at Wesham Highways Depot, Fleetwood Road, Wesham, Preston PR4 3HE. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
