We; Trudi Martin, Laura Moulding & Charlie Martin do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new premises license at 38 Fore Street, Tiverton, Ex16 6LD also known as Charlies Lounge.
The application seeks authorisation for:
The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
The provision of non-alcoholic beverages and light refreshments
The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of very occasional live music
Proposed opening hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 9am - 11pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am - 12pm
Any person wishing to make representations on the application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/ licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
