The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

26/00958/FL & 26/00959/LB – 39 Chidley Cross Road East Peckham Tonbridge Kent TN12 5NP – Mr P Wilson is applying for erection of new shed and relocation of existing chicken coop. Reason: CA HH LB

26/00925/FL – Oldbury House Oldbury Lane Ightham Sevenoaks Kent TN15 9DE – Mrs T Norman is applying to remove rear door and install new uPVC double doors, lower existing patio, remove existing chimney, remove existing porch, form new window opening to side elevation. Reason: CA HH
