Greenergy Flexigrid Limited of Llona Rose House, Manette Street, London W1D 4AL, is applying for an Operators licence to use Scania Ellesmere Port, North Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 1BW as an operating centre for 8 goods vehicles and 8 trailers at the operating centre.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE, stating the reasons within 21 days of this notice.
Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
