P & A Transport (NW) Limited of 14 Wilson Street Bury, Lancashire, BL9 7EF is applying for a licence to use QAS Calver Road, Winnick Quay, Warrington, WA2 8UD as an operating centre for 1 goods vehicle and 1 trailer.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating the reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

Representatives must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
