Premises (Name and Full postal address) : 10 MOSLEY STREET, NE1 1DE

NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE AND WEAR.
Notice is given that THE GENTRY'S LTD applied to Newcastle City Council on 28TH

APRIL 2026 for a (Premises Licence) (Club Premises Certificate) for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-

FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY SUPPLY BY NATIVE CAVE RESTAURANT AND BAR WILL BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES.
ALCOHOL LICENSE.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (4PM TO 10.30PM)
SATURDAY 2PM TO 10.30PM
SUNDAY: 4PM TO 10.30PM
KITCHEN IS CLOSED ALL DAYS AT 9.00PM

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:-
Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 26TH MAY 2026.
(enter date - 28 days after date of application) The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk/licensing 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
