G Farwell Ltd of Tower View, Crabbswood Lane, Sway, Lymington, SO41 6EQ is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To remove the following conditions which read; A. ONLY TWENTY VEHICLES AND THREE TRAILERS TO BE AT THE OPERATING CENTRE AT ANY ONE TIME B. THE VEHICLES WILL BE RESTRICTED TO: 9 VEHICLES OF NOT MORE THAN 17 TONNES GROSS PLATED WEIGHT 5 VEHICLES OF NOT MORE THAN 32 TONNES GROSS PLATED WEIGHT 5 VEHICLES OF NOT MORE THAN 26 TONNES GROSS PLATED WEIGHT 1 VEHICLE OF NOT MORE THAN 38 TONNES GROSS PLATED WEIGHT ONLY ONE OF THESE TO BE ARTICULATED and which applies at the operating centre at Tower View, Crabbswood Lane, Sway, Lymington, Hants, SO41 6EQ.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings near the operating centre) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

Representations must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
