Alan Ostridge trading as A J Ostridge (Transport) LTD of 23 Aubrey Close, Chelmsford Essex CM1 4EJ is applying to change an existing licence as follows To keep an extra 6 goods vehicles and 6 trailers at the operating centre at Blackwater Trading Estate, Maldon CM9 4GG

To remove the following conditions or undertaking which reads:

• The operator will designate a second transport manager in prescribed manner by no later than 30 April 2025. The decision on that application is reserved to me. This undertaking will remain in force for a minimum of 12 months from the date of first appointment.

• The operator undertakes to identify an independent body to carry out an audit of transport safety and compliance systems in November 2025. The audit will assess the operator against the standards published under the DVSA earned recognition scheme and which applies at the operating centre at Blackwater Trading Estate, Maldon CM9 4GG

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
