GOODS VEHICLE OPERATOR’S LICENCE

Menzies Distribution Solutions Ltd Of Unit 301 Pointon Way, Hampton Lovett Droitwich, England, WR9 0LW Is applying to change an existing licence as follows - To remove the following conditions or undertaking which reads
1) No maintenance work will be carried out at the operating centre.
2)There shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles and trailers before 06:00 hrs or after 22:00 hrs Mondays to Sundays. Except that no more than five vehicles may return to the operating centre between the hours of 04:30 – 06:00 each day and park up. During the hours of 04:30 – 06:00 the five vehicles are not permitted to conduct any loading/unloading activities and they must drive into the parking area in forward gear negating any need for reversing alarms to be used. They shall also park up in the area marked on the attached plan and use the first gateway. Between 06:00 – 22:00 they are permitted to move to other area of the site and are subject to the primary condition and which applies at the operating centre at Ultraframe Ltd, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, BB7 1QD. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representation to the traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
