Marston's PLC - Stockton Road - New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Hartlepool Borough Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the Greenside at Stockton Road,
Hartlepool. TS25 5BQ.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of
the premises as per the drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority.
2. To permit licensable activities internally and externally
between 10:00 and 00:00 hours daily (Sale of Alcohol,
Regulated Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment).
3. To amend children’s condition.
Full details of the Application and the drawing can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Hartlepool Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Road,
Hartlepool. TS24 8AY. A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 25th March 2026
