To add an operating centre to keep 21 goods vehicles and 41 trailers at Gate No.3, Security Hut, No 3 Factory, Boss Avenue, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4SD. Owners or occupiers of land (Including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representation to the traffic commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reason within 21 days of this notice.
