What is proposed?

Goods Vehicle Operator's Licence

Jays Logistics (Southwest) LTD, trading as Jays Logistics (Southwest) LTD of Commerce Way, Warlow Industrial Estate, Highbridge TA9 4AG is applying for an operating centre to use Kier Bam Warehouse, Express Park, Bristol Road, Bridgwater TA6 4RN as an operating centre for 5 goods vehicles and 15 trailers and to use Wincantons Yard, MLC1, Huntworth Business Park, Bridgwater, TA6 6TS as an operating centre for 10 goods vehicles and 40 trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
