Bryan Michael Fenby trading as B. M. Fenby Haulage of Whinsill, Station Road, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO22 4RA is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To keep an extra 3 goods vehicles and 1 trailer at the operating centre at Moor House Farm, Lousy Hill Lane, Little Beck, Whitby, YO22 5JH. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make their written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at: Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
