What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Tesco Stores Limited is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at Former Coffee #1, Edmund House, 12 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3EW.
If GRANTED the application will allow:
The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00- 00:00.
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00- 00:00.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 12/02/2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
